Returns and Exchanges

There are no refunds for custom items.

There are no refunds for memberships or subscriptions.

There are no refunds on digital products.

Physical Products

I don’t often sell physical products, but when I do:

All amigurumi products are not for use for small children as buttons, charms, and stuffing may be harmful if swallowed. This includes safety eyes.

Dolls are made with acrylic yarn unless otherwise noted.

Please verify your shipping address before checkout is complete.

Your item will be shipped within 1-4 business days (excluding American holidays) from when payment is received via USPS mail unless it is a custom or made to order item. Delivery confirmation is used on all shipments except international orders.

Items are shipped via First Class unless over 13 ounces then it will be shipped via Priority Mail.

For international customers: Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred. I’m required by law to list the contents and actual value for all shipments.

Pattern Downloads

Due to the nature of some of my patterns having video tutorials, they are only available through Gumroad which allows you the option of downloading the video or streaming it.

Patterns that are purchased are available for immediate PDF download.

Patterns are for your personal use only, they may not be publicly distributed or sold in print or digital form. Feel free to link back to the pattern, but do not repost this pattern. Do not claim these patterns as your own.

Items you are able to sell from patterns are clearly marked.

There are no refunds for digitally downloaded items.
